As far as the amateurs it's obviously Marlen Esparza because she keeps winning everything. For the pros Chris Henry is the highest ranked and he was 2-0 with 2 KO's against tough competition so he's a choice. Also Omar Henry was 3-0 with 2 KO's.....but Gerardo Tin Tin Ibarra was 5-0 with 4 KO's so statistically he's also a good choice although he's not fighting anyone of any consequence yet......

my pro picks
1. Jermell Charlo 14-0 [4-0 (2KO) in 2010] last opponent was 10-0-1 8 out of last 10 had winning records
2. Juan Diaz went the distance with JMM who we all know will go down as one of, if not the greatest LightWeights ever, #1 ranked Lightweight Katsidis got destroyed by JMM soon after JMM decision over Diaz

I overlooked Charlo. Diaz seemed too obvious....plus it doesn't matter how great the opponent was, if someone only fought one fight all year and lost it, it's hard to justify naming them as fighter of the year.
